ALAQTAR is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pre Sales Officer to join our team. As a Pre Sales Officer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with product information, and closing sales deals over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products and services
- Answer incoming calls from potential customers and provide them with information about our products and services
- Identify customer needs, answer their questions, and recommend suitable products or services
- Close sales deals over the phone and achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telesales or call center environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively handle objections
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
