A great Pre-Sales Engineer is able to listen to customers to understand their requirements, ask the right questions to extract as much information as required, and translate all that into a solution with the technical team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collecting customer requirements and identifying potential problems that may arise with the product or service
- Identifying potential clients for the company’s products or services, then contacting them to determine interest in a purchase
- Coordinating with designing team to ensure that designs meet customer needs and can be manufactured cost-effectively
- Providing information about products or services to potential clients, including demonstrations of new products or services
- Consulting with customers to determine their needs and preferences to help them select the right products or services for their needs
- Coordinating with the marketing department to achieve marketing objectives and increase customer satisfaction
- Preparing proposals for new projects and negotiating prices with clients or other parties involved in the project
- Creating detailed plans for the project timeline, expense estimates, and project specifications, such as materials needed and crew requirements
- Conducting tests to determine if products meet quality standards or if they are likely to produce the desired results in consumers

**Requirements**:

- Must have Bachelor in IT/Computer Engineering.
- Must have experience in IT/Security systems field.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good in English.

Pay: From ﷼8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
