Explore the potential wholesalers in main regions (Riyadh, Jeddah &Dammam) and recommend the best aggressive strategies and policies that meet the market expectations.
- Market Intelligence. Conduct continuous survey to identify the competitors’ activities in terms of prices and marketing.
- Build a strong and long-lasting business relationship with wholesalers at the base of respect and trust.
- Ensure the regularity of wholesalers’ orders on monthly basis with more focus in summer season.
- Sales consultancy. Act as a professional sales consultant to wholesalers to the most moving radiators in the market and recommending the stocking quantity that to be kept at their end to meet the fluctuation of demand.
- Provide the technical educational support to wholesalers and their staff whenever is required by highlighting the quality, durability, and advantages of promoting products and the long positive impact on their investment.
- Assess the wholesalers based on each one’s sales network and volume of sales, in order to set-up the sales target for each accordingly.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules/ guidelines and company policy.
- Daily monitoring on the purchases of wholesalers as well as credit balance and settlement on time.
- Provide trustworthy feedback/ reports to management on monthly basis, about the market variables and changes.
- On-spot problem solving of all customers rising issues.
- Continuous coordination with main warehouse & factories to ensure the delivery on time to customers, development and/or upgrading of products as per customers’ needs.
- Develop the SMART SOP to guarantee the smooth processing of order and supplycompatible with customer’s expectations.
- Participate positively in the growth strategy focused both on profitability increase and customer delight.

**Requirements and skills**

Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role.

Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic & Urdu is a plus.
- Market knowledge
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼16,000.00 per month
