Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Develop and execute complex strategic market initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, commercial teams, and supporting functions like Quality and regulatory bodies.
- Market Analysis & Business Case Development: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform decision-making and investment prioritization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with market, business, and function teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor program milestones, track KPIs, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in market development, program management, and/or business strategy.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and business case development.
