About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Uplift People Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
  • Client Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Travel: Ability to travel within KSA and regionally as required.
