Job Role: Application Executive/Specialist – Flow Cytometry

This role requires an individual to train customers on our products, provide application technical support, and participate in the development of strategies for Hematology & Biochemistry units within Zahrawi KSA. Additionally, this position involves supporting the sales team and collaborating with service engineers for installation, PMs, and rectifications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement and Support: Deliver product training to customers, offer application technical support, and facilitate workshops to enhance user understanding of our equipment.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to discover new potential customers, analyze market trends, and contribute to new product releases and events.
  • Business Growth Initiatives: Engage in scientific discussions with end-users to gather insights, educate them on new products, and keep the team updated on competitor weaknesses and product advantages.
  • Service Coordination: Collaborate with service engineers for installation, PMs, and rectifications, while planning training accordingly.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Flow Cytometry.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, good English proficiency, and effective presentation skills.
