Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our team at the Stryker Group. As a Senior Territory Lead, OR Communication Systems, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential customers, ensuring long-term continuity and satisfaction.

You will identify key contacts, initiate meaningful connections, and develop reliable sales forecasts and projections. Additionally, you will track industry trends, competitor activities, product developments, and legal regulations, reporting insights to management.

Your role will involve planning and executing customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations aligned with business targets and customer needs. You will evaluate customer requests for proposals, prepare material lists based on needs, and guide purchasing methods in collaboration with the tender department.

You will oversee the delivery, installation, and post-sales training of materials, while attending surgeries to ensure proper product use. Addressing customer feedback or complaints, taking necessary corrective actions, and communicating resolutions to relevant stakeholders is also a critical part of this role.

In addition, you will support marketing initiatives, logistics operations, and cross-functional collaboration to identify and develop new business opportunities.
