Customer Experience Coordinator

Ausnutria Middle East is seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to foster relationships and engagement with the local target audience, strengthening the connection between our brand and the community.
You will need to be integrated in the community, participate in different mom groups, and understand the target audience. Your role will be instrumental in building brand awareness, driving community growth, and enhancing brand loyalty through various online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement - Act as the primary point of contact between our brand and the local community. Initiate and maintain conversations, respond to inquiries, and actively engage with community members across social media platforms, forums, and other relevant channels.
- Content Creation - Help the Brand Manager in developing and curating content tailored to the interests and preferences of the local target audience. Create engaging posts, articles, videos, and other multimedia content to spark conversations and foster community interaction.
- Event Support - Assist the Brand Manager in providing valuable resources and guidance to enhance local events, meetups, and workshops, fostering a sense of community and strengthening connections with our brand. Offer informative insights to ensure the smooth execution of events that align with our brand values and objectives.
- Brand Advocacy - Identify and nurture brand advocates within the local community. Build relationships with influential community members, influencers, key stakeholders, and local brands and organizations to amplify our brand message and increase brand advocacy.
- Feedback Collection - Proactively gather feedback and insights from the local community to inform our marketing strategies, product development initiatives, and overall brand positioning. Analyze community sentiment, trends, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- You have at least 2-3 years of strong experience in community management or market research, preferably in the consumer goods - nutrition sector.
- With strong analytical skills and experience with feedback collection tools and methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate community feedback into actionable insights.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Consumer Behavior, or a related field.
