Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE STRATEGY LEAD to join our team at HungerStation | هنقرستيشن. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing customer experience strategies.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and develop insights to inform our CX strategies. You will also be responsible for working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences. You must be able to analyze data and metrics such as NPS to gauge the effectiveness of our CX strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with technology teams to ensure a seamless brand and buying experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. Relevant experience of 2-4 years is also necessary.
