Head of Seller Success, KSA National, MENA Marketplace Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the Marketplace business in KSA and MENA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international business, product management, and e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive the growth of the Marketplace business in KSA and MENA, including identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead a team of program managers, account managers, and business analysts to design and implement solutions that improve the Selling Partner experience and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features and solutions that meet the needs of the Marketplace business in KSA and MENA.
- Identify and drive new opportunities for Amazon's Marketplace business in KSA and MENA.
- Develop and manage a team of account managers to support the growth of the business through existing and new sellers.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience in complex and dynamic environments, ideally in e-commerce, technology, FMCG, retail, or top-management consulting, with a minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Data Science, Engineering, or related degree required.
- Demonstrated analytical ability throughout the professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and database analysis.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A great deal of personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude, along with creativeness, decisiveness, and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking.
- Proven project management skills, customer-focused, extremely detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
- Proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
- Knowledge of SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Previous experience and demonstrated track record in Fashion/Softlines Industry.
- 7+ years experience in account management, product marketing, or management consulting roles.
- 5+ years experience in people management in sales and business development setups.
