Overview
As a Sales Support Coordinator at Trust Information Technology, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals and objectives. This position involves providing administrative support, coordinating lead registration and follow-up, and generating sales reports and analytics.
Main Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage sales documents, presentations, and contracts.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and calls with clients and stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from the sales team and clients.
Lead Registration and Follow-up:
- Register new leads and track progress, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular sales reports and analytics to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with IT solutions, especially ManageEngine products, is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
