You should have a deep knowledge of the luxury market dynamics, consumer behavior, and trends in Luxury Retail or Client-related business, allowing you to refine the vision for the Saudi market and inspire the team around a shared mission.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategic direction, brand equity, business growth, and financial performance for Cartier in Saudi Arabia. This includes overseeing Commercial, Marketing, Communication, Operations, and team management while leading local investments to ensure network performance and brand visibility. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Offices, Cartier Headquarters, and Richemont shared services to accelerate market strategies, execute 360° engagement plans, and build a high-performing team.
