- Provide comprehensive product/service consultations and guide clients through their decision-making process.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients to increase revenue.
- Resolve client complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Meet sales/revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
