Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Sr. SME Relationship Manager to join our team and lead business development initiatives, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a deep understanding of Lendo's products and services to effectively advise clients on suitable solutions.
  2. BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH REGULAR SITE VISITS AND E-MEETINGS.
  3. Pursue new business opportunities by researching market trends and identifying potential clients.
  4. Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  5. Provide comprehensive product/service consultations and guide clients through their decision-making process.
  6. Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients to increase revenue.
  7. Resolve client complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
  8. Meet sales/revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
