Head of SME Sales and Growth

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a comprehensive SME sales strategy, driving revenue growth and profitability across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate products and services, with significant experience in sales and business development within the SME space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a SME sales strategy to maximize revenue and profit across Saudi Arabia.
- Identify new business opportunities with new issuing banks and expansion of existing relationships.
- Provide subject matter expertise on all matters pertaining to SME products and identify product innovation opportunities emerging from the SME segment.
Requirements:
- Progressive business experience, with a strong track record in the payments industry and deep knowledge of consumer payments.
- Strong account management experience, with the ability to understand customer and constituent needs, marketplace dynamics, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
