Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join BlackStone eIT as an Office Manager. This role will involve providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office supplies and inventory effectively to maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Handle correspondence in a timely and professional manner to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Procure and maintain equipment and supplies, including repairs or replacements when necessary, to minimize disruptions.
- Support hiring processes and provide information to employees.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
