Client Success Associate

As a Client Success Associate at The Family Office Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and qualification.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire lead lifecycle, from initial outreach to conversion.
- Schedule and confirm meetings with potential clients through targeted cold-calling and email campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of lead tracking and follow-ups within our CRM system.
- Prepare daily prospect lists for approval and provide detailed activity reports.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to ensure AML compliance before initiating contact.
- Assist Relationship Managers with administrative tasks and meeting follow-ups, ensuring seamless client engagement.
- Track and report progress on lead conversion, identifying areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles or related positions within financial institutions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- Strong interpersonal, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in lead generation and qualification.
