Job Description

This position involves supporting sales teams to enhance their efficiency by handling quotations and tenders. Key responsibilities include managing the tender creation process and ensuring timely delivery in accordance with stakeholder expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet business objectives.
  • Prepare accurate sales order confirmations.
  • Address issues promptly and report to the team leader.
  • Present information effectively and engage with colleagues.
  • Develop and submit sales agreements and orders.
  • Manage inventory and delivery processes.
  • Foster new business leads, including tenders and online inquiries.

Documentation:

  • Prepare necessary documentation (letters of guarantee, undertaking, etc.).
  • Verify FOC sales orders require Sales Supervisor/Division Manager approval.
  • Arrange bid-bond, performance-bond, and bank guarantees as needed.

Tenders and Quotations:

  • Submit quotations and tenders on or before deadlines, attaching required documents.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for online quotations.

Customer Relations:

  • Follow up with customers to track the progress of quotations and tenders.
  • Implement delivery arrangements for LTL PO according to signed contracts.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in government tenders and NUPCO.
  • Skills: Strong MS Office skills, problem-solving, time management, analysis, negotiation, decision-making, and building relationships.
  • Additional Details: Must be based in KSA.
