Senior Sales and Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Presales Director to lead the growth of services within the market across the Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective presales strategies, leading a team of Presales Managers and Solution Consultants, and collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to develop go-to-market strategies.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in pre-sales leadership roles. If you have a strong understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and recruiting technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and rapport with cross-functional partners, we would like to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective presales strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead a team of Presales Managers and Solution Consultants to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the company as an industry thought leader.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of pre-sales experience preferably within a SaaS & tech organization.
- Ideal 3-4 years of management experience preferably within a SaaS organization.
- Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and recruiting technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
