Senior Sales and Strategy Lead

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Senior Projects Sales Engineer to spearhead our expansion efforts in the KSA market. This senior role reports directly to the Senior Sales Manager for residential segment and Projects Development – Home & distribution business unit.
Your primary focus will be on promoting Schneider solutions across the following product categories: Final Distribution Panel, Wiring Devices, Isolators, home automation, Emergency lighting & E-mobility Solutions.
Key responsibilities as a Senior Projects Sales Engineer will include:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of current projects, prioritizing residential initiatives in central areas.
- Ensuring seamless integration of Schneider products into project plans, with emphasis on Home & distribution scope.
- Collaborating closely with sales teams from diverse segments to promote Home & distribution scope in all projects.
- Establishing strong relationships with our distribution network and partners to facilitate project-based sales.
- Providing expert technical and commercial support to clients based on project specifics and Schneider's offerings.
- Developing comprehensive technical proposals and submissions in conjunction with the Presales team and partners.
- Leveraging your professional connections to expand our customer base and strengthen market share.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, tailored for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and close complex deals.
- Strategic planning expertise and key account management prowess.
- Ability to interpret and comprehend technical documentation and requests for tender.
- Native-level fluency in English.
- Adept at working under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably electrical.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in similar roles or 5 years in front office positions demanding sales and technical proficiency.
