Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Principal Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our migrations and modernization business within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for migrations and modernization within Saudi, integrating strategies across various segments.
  2. Engage directly with customer executives to devise large-scale migration and transformation plans, leveraging proven programs and deep expertise.
  3. Drive organizational change and implement best practices to enhance the growth of the migrations and modernization business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. MBA or equivalent experience is preferred. Additionally, 10+ years of extensive experience in cloud migration journeys, application modernization strategies (7 R's model), and customer buying criteria in Public Sector and commercial customers are required.
