Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Specialist to join our team at Jadwalean. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out administrative and supervisory work in our unit's field of work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and preparing reports.
  2. Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  3. Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with the department's work team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Technical Support: Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs, and prepare technical reports and agendas.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements and Skills
  1. Education: Diploma degree in management or a related field.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in the field.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers, applications, and programs.
  4. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language.
