Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Presales professional to join our team at Arabic Computer Systems.

This role will involve working closely with sales executives to promote Operations & Maintenance / Managed Services / Manpower Projects to Government/Enterprise accounts, driving new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales teams with Operations & Maintenance selling into prospect account bases.
  • Ownership of bid management, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely submission.
  • Study and evaluate RFPs, formulating effective bid strategies.
  • Prepare technical and financial proposals that meet customer requirements.
  • Partner with sales teams to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Model the financial business case for each sales opportunity.
  • Match customer pain points with proposed solutions effectively.
  • Create compelling presentations communicating the value proposition.
  • Manage all technical and commercial aspects of RFP/RFI responses.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as a Presales Engineer for Operations & Maintenance/Managed Services/Manpower Projects.
  • Success in selling to Government/Enterprise customers.
  • Strong relationships with senior executives.
  • Ability to explain integrated concepts clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • BS degree or equivalent.
