Opportunity Overview

Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc is offering a unique opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager, KSA to join their team and drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships in KSA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present business development ideas and negotiate deals.

Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new and re-engaging with dormant accounts, while growing existing clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market and industry trends to determine customer needs and identify opportunities for maximum share of wallet.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Deliver business development presentations, negotiate, and close business deals in coordination with location business development resources.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Degree and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering) along with 10+ years of demonstrable business development & sales experience related to Safety / Security, with an established network of clients in KSA.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical aspects related to Fire protection, Fire Suppression, Life Safety, Security, and proven success in relationship building, networking, and enhancing client relationships.
  • Negotiation and Leadership: Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership abilities, with a proven track record in securing large contracts and partnerships, and established connections with industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
