About the Role:

As Regional Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region. You will work closely with the CEO to ensure that all decisions are compliant with legal regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a framework for quality management and continuous improvement in Saudi Arabia.
  • Lead teams and evaluate their performance to facilitate integration, coordination, and motivation.
  • Establish a control and reporting system through dashboards to monitor project developments and adherence to the business plan.
  • Support the implementation of the company's strategy and participate in meetings with public authorities or other stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Roads, Channels and Ports Engineering, or a similar field.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in real estate development and construction.
