Job Overview

The Client Services Partner is a key member of our Pre-Sales team, working closely with our sales team and customers to shape desired customer outcomes and design executable offerings to deliver value across the customer lifecycle.

This role involves supporting the sales team in packaging, positioning, and integrating services to an opportunity, utilizing our comprehensive portfolio of services including customer success, implementation, consulting delivery, cloud managed services, and support & maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that IFS proposals follow best practices and standards while minimizing risk to both the customer and IFS.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate customer requirements discovery workshops
  • Pitch services aligned with customer objectives
  • Qualify deals and set services sales strategy
  • Collaborate with multiple contributors to drive services content of bids
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing and/or pre-sales role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Strategic planning skills
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office tools
