Product Expansion and Development Lead

As a User Acquisition and Retention Specialist at Keeta, you'll play a critical role in driving new user growth and retention through strategic planning and execution. You'll work closely with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and leverage data to inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer growth strategies, leveraging data and product insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, driving user growth and engagement.
- Analyze data to inform subsidy and merchant cooperation strategies, ensuring optimal results and resource allocation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant experience, excellent English communication skills, and Arabic language proficiency.
- Proven track record in the internet industry, preferably with experience in new customer growth, integrated marketing, product operations, and subsidy strategies.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability, efficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
