About the Role

As a Technical Presales Engineer, you will assist Sales with pre-sales technical support when building proposals, quotes, and tenders. You will take care of developing technically and price competitive applications for IRS and ITS products to fulfill customer requirements where standard products do not fit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing RFQs and identifying customer requirements/specifications;
  • Providing sales and pre-sales support with technical specifications and applications;
  • Selecting standard products based on customer requirements;
  • Preparing relevant technical documents;
  • Presenting and explaining solutions to the sales organization;
  • Creating product and application presentations for customers and consultants;
  • Providing technical training to sales teams;
  • Collaborating with Product Management and Sales teams to provide feedback on issues with current products and input around new products.
