Commercial Sales Director

Sales and business development are crucial aspects of our company's success. As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading financial and commercial activities in accordance with applicable business processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to define business models and negotiate contracts.
- Support sales managers in bid preparation and develop winning strategies.
- Participate in project pricing processes and interface with technical sales and proposals.
- Clarify commercial terms and conditions with customers and address contractual and financial questions as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar education.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge in contract law and experience in contractual negotiation.
