Area Sales Supervisor

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is a dynamic and innovative company that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in achieving these goals by leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
About the JobThis role involves overseeing the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed, and providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance. You will also be responsible for conducting regular market visits, implementing company product promotional plans, and managing administrative transactions for the location.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Supervise sales representatives to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor changes in the market situation and legislative requirements.
- Implement company product promotional plans and ensure effective execution at all levels.
- Manage administrative transactions for the location, including stock control, returnable cases, and daily sales invoicing.
- Select, train, develop, and follow-up sales personnel to meet current and long-term departmental needs.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Reach distribution targets (depth and breadth) to capture additional points of sale.
- Upgrade execution on primary placements both in quantitative approach (space fair share) and qualitative approach (location + appearance).
- Upgrade execution on secondary placements - double the number of secondary placements per point of sale.
- Implement price and promotions strategies.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of sales field experience in FMCG.
- Very good English and Arabic language skills.
- No travel restrictions.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Results-driven with specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames.
- Customer focus with service-to-sales concept.
- Thinking skills for trend, data, events analysis to draw sound conclusions.
- Developing and supporting the team with actively improving others' skills and cooperating effectively.
- Persuasive communication with clear, fluent concise communication and gaining agreement and commitment.
- Integrity with mutual trust and consistency with company ethics and values.
- BA degree and computer literacy (Windows applications).
