Job Summary: Air-conditioning Balancing Services Co. is seeking a highly talented Sales and Partnerships Executive to lead our efforts in expanding our presence in the Testing & Commissioning Field in the Middle East region.

Main Duties:

  1. Pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  2. Develop strategic plans to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
  3. Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of HVAC equipment and Cx-commissioning requirements.
  5. Prepare accurate and compelling proposals for clients.
  6. Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HVAC Cx-Commissioning.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance our sales capabilities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent).
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in a related field.
  3. Strong proficiency in MS Office software.
  4. Excellent language skills in Arabic and English.
  5. Residency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  6. Priority consideration for candidates residing within KSA.
