Sales and Partnerships Executive

Job Summary: Air-conditioning Balancing Services Co. is seeking a highly talented Sales and Partnerships Executive to lead our efforts in expanding our presence in the Testing & Commissioning Field in the Middle East region.
Main Duties:
- Pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
- Develop strategic plans to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.
- Maintain a deep understanding of HVAC equipment and Cx-commissioning requirements.
- Prepare accurate and compelling proposals for clients.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HVAC Cx-Commissioning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance our sales capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office software.
- Excellent language skills in Arabic and English.
- Residency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Priority consideration for candidates residing within KSA.
