Key Account Sales Lead

The Key Account Sales Lead will be responsible for managing sales operations for key accounts in the modern trade sector. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and monitoring stock levels and promotional activities within major retail stores.
You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals with store managers and buyers, preparing and submitting regular reports on sales performance and market trends, and identifying opportunities for business growth and developing plans to capitalize on them.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the FMCG retail and distribution sector, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential. A valid driver's license and own car are also necessary. Experience in the same work region is required.
