Job Title: KAM Western & Southern Zone - Cx & Rx

Location: KSA

Job Description

Lead, develop and manage key accounts in the country/cluster to optimize sales and revenue opportunities across Galderma's portfolio, build long-term partnerships with customers, and create cross-functional harmony across divisions at the account level.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously improve strategic business relationships with Accounts/Key Accounts to contribute to company vision and enhance sales & profitability across the portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned business goals, sales targets, and KPIs.
  • Build & drive the implementation of joint business plans with Key accounts.
  • Build internal collaboration across Account team, Business managers, and Enabling functions (training, marketing, finance, supply chain, etc.) to drive implementation of strategic account plans.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with accounts/key accounts enabling the execution of planned strategies to develop mutual profitable business & gather information for future business initiatives.
  • Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and build revised action plans for improved performance across accounts of responsibility.
  • Analyze performance and efficiency of assigned accounts by continuously reviewing and reporting on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.

For Rx & Ax:

  • Works in Tier 1 & 2 accounts to build long-term partnerships with the customers.
  • Builds patient journey and identifies leakage points to serve as a partner to the account.
  • Builds stakeholder mapping and engages with decision makers & influencers within the account.
  • Builds a clear strategy & action plan together with external & internal stakeholders.
  • Drives the plan and pulls internal resources accordingly to drive account growth.
  • Manages cross-functional team to act as 1 Galderma team towards the customer.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7 - 8 years of sales experience.

Eligibility for Application:

  • Should have min 100% annual sales target achievement in 2019 & 2020.
  • Should have minimum evaluation of 'Achieving expectations' for annual performance review in 2019 & 2020.
