Enterprise Partner Growth Specialist

We are seeking an Enterprise Partner Growth Specialist to join our team and drive growth through our cloud and service provider partners in the KSA Region. As an experienced business development professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our partner ecosystem, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with key partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to grow our partner ecosystem, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships that align with Red Hat's goals and objectives.
- Partner Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to drive mutual growth and success.
- Pipeline Development: Work closely with partners and Red Hat sales teams to generate partner-sourced pipeline and co-sell opportunities, facilitating lead sharing, deal coordination, and support to close partner-led sales.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partner management in the IT industry, with a proven track record of driving growth through partnerships.
- Industry Network: Strong network in the IT partner ecosystem within the region.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local market dynamics and relevant regulations affecting the IT and cloud industry.
