Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concierge team to ensure high standards of service.
- Team Management: Oversee the daily activities of the concierge team and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Guest Relations: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with inquiries and requests, and provide recommendations on local attractions and services.
- Guest Services: Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience. Handle VIP guests and their specific needs.
- Local Area Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with local attractions, events, and services to provide accurate recommendations. Establish relationships with local businesses to enhance guest experiences.
- Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and prepare reports on concierge activities.
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of the local area.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
- Experience: Two to three years of prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an international luxury hotel chain background.
- Languages: English fluency required; Arabic fluency preferred.
