Your Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, coaching your team, hitting sales goals, creating sales plans, and developing relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites, and banquet halls. You will need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Your Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in marketing or a related field, four or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends, and must speak local language(s). Other languages are preferred.
