Kafaat Business Solutions is seeking a Payroll and Invoicing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, from processing payments to maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process payroll, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
  2. Verify and validate financial documents, such as invoices and receipts.
  3. Manage and maintain the accuracy of accounting ledgers and general ledger accounts.
  4. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
