**Job Overview**The Retail Account Manager will play a key role in managing vendors at scale across multiple Middle East countries. This includes improving business terms, driving business growth, and working closely with cross-category teams to drive operational improvements.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and analytical business professional based in Egypt to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in analyzing opportunities for systematic improvements in business management functions and building strong processes and SOPs to drive process-improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**- Managing day-to-day business relationships with vendors across multiple countries;
- Improving business terms and driving business growth for vendors;
- Working closely with cross-category teams to drive operational improvements;
- Owning vendor communication and relationship to drive vendor self-sufficiency;
- 2-4 years of sales or account management experience;
- 2-4 years of vendor management and client-facing roles experience;
- Experience with Excel and data analysis;
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently.
