We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rental Sales Representative to join our team at Al Marwan General Contracting Company.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Saudi market's equipment demand, size, rental rate, and sites application risk. They will also have knowledge of the company's equipment inventory, including specifications, features, and proper usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and resource allocation for upcoming rental projects.
- Proactively engage with potential customers by responding to rental inquiries and following up on leads to transform them into valuable sales opportunities.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess clients' equipment needs and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the unique benefits and advantages of rental equipment.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through continuous communication, addressing any concerns with rented equipment, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the rental process.
- Oversee the seamless delivery, setup, and maintenance of rental equipment by working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferable.
Experience:
- 5 years of rental sales experience in earth moving machinery and heavy equipment or related fields is required.
Other Requirements:
- Existing client databases/relationships in the field are a plus.
- Experience coordinating rental agreements and timesheet control is necessary.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools is preferred.
