Enterprise Growth Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and expansion for our organization, leveraging a deep understanding of the enterprise and government sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to capitalize on emerging trends and market developments. They will work closely with internal teams to position our cutting-edge solutions in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, software engineering, and digital transformation.
Key Objectives:
- To strengthen and grow relationships with existing clients, driving repeat business and maximizing account value.
- To identify and engage with key decision-makers in the enterprise and government sectors, generating new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- To develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with market trends and industry developments, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth.
- To collaborate with technical and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- To stay updated on industry developments and competitor activity, maintaining a competitive edge and informing strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT or digital transformation space.
- A proven track record of managing and growing key accounts while securing new clients and driving revenue growth.
- A strong network within Saudi Arabia's enterprise and public sector, with established relationships and connections.
- A history of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders and contexts.
- A self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth and expansion.
