Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person inquiries professionally.
- Learn all the needed information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Book clients' sessions in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with clients for bookings, cancellations, future appointments, and satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and concerns with a positive approach.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with relevant staff members.
- Keep an up-to-date clients' records and documentation accurately in the database.
- Process transactions, payments, and refunds for clients' payments.
- Conduct customer surveys and feedback collection to improve service quality.
Qualifications:
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree related to the field.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Languages:
- Fluent in English (Speaking, reading, and writing).
- Fluent in Arabic (Speaking, reading, and writing).
