Executive Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
The Executive Assistant conserves the Project Executive's time and promotes the corporate image internally and externally. Also serves as the liaison between the Project Executive, other key executives and employees.
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Welcomes visitors, reviews correspondences, arranges company dinners and other corporate functions; answers questions and meeting requests directed to the Project Executive
- Manages workload, acts as the gatekeeper and follows up on meetings with internal and external clients/contacts
- Arranges corporate travel and meetings
- Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation from others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans.
- Improves results by evaluating and re-designing processes and implementing changes, as needed
- Enhances Project Executive’s and corporation’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Qualifications:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
**Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant capacity with C-level management
**Skills/Competencies**:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills along with good judgment and decision making ability
- Shows initiative
- Professional, positive and enthusiastic demeanor in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
