**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and effective customer support.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and feedback to provide insights for process improvements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer care role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
