**Job Title: B2B Sales Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and challenges of businesses in the target industry.

2. **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position our products or services as effective solutions.

3. **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
- Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and emphasize the benefits of our offerings.

4. **Proposal Development and Negotiation**:

- Prepare and present proposals that align with client requirements and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

5. **Sales Pipeline Management**:

- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication with prospects.

6. **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to contribute to product/service enhancements.

7. **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex product or service offerings.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
