We are currently seeking a dedicated **Saudi Female** to lead our customer service team and manage customer service for our company in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to our B2B clients while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department.

**Responsibilities**:
**1 - Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and mentor the customer service team to ensure high-performance levels and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge in handling B2B customer inquiries and concerns.

**2 - B2B Interaction**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Foster strong relationships with B2B clients through proactive communication and personalized assistance.

**3 - Operational Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, including managing workflows, allocating resources, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Implement and optimize processes to streamline B2B customer interactions and improve overall efficiency.

**4 - Performance Analysis and Improvement**:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B customer service and team performance.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Saudi Female
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle work pressures and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

**Working Hours**:

- 8 AM - 5 PM with a one-hour break.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- b2b: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
