Maintain & update the associates' personnel files, other HR files etc.
- Draft correspondence for all kinds of HR-related issues such as, but not limited, to MOBH letters, bank letters, salary certificates, experience certifications, etc.
- Responsible to update HR's main notice board on a regular basis as per stipulated and agreed standards. This includes the upgrading of photos on the boards of new recruits.
- Responsible for the issue of all stationery and other office items from the Purchasing Dept.
- Responsible for handling the recruitment process to coordinate the full visa process thus co-coordinating the process with the Senior Manager for External Matters, the Public Relations - Visa officer. This includes the signed offer letters from GM and the HR Manager.
- Coordinate with the Travel Agencies for the bookings required for the new associates according to the company policy. The same is to be applied for leavers and to advise the Accommodation Supervisor about the arrivals or departures of associates.
- Co-ordinates the exit process, in terms of ticket-back-home booking, by raising PR and liaising with various departments, for the last and final settlement signature, Purchasing, Visa Officer and Accommodation Supervisor on the housing hand-over.
- Ensures adequate stock of printed materials and stationeries.
- To support HR projects as and when required.
- Responsible and accountable for Associates' passports and to issue if requested with proper documentation.
- Monitor and track documents like visas, permits and passports accordingly inform the associates & HR Manager
- Prepare the attendance report on a monthly basis.
- Check the accuracy and monitor the submission of attendance reports from all departments.
- Conduct reference checks of applicants and prepare Employment Offer
- Clearly explain the employment offer to new joiners, open their personnel file and conduct the induction of new associates (name badge and pin, locker, signing of company policies, etc)
- Enroll new associates and remove resigned associates from the Associate Management
- Be involved in all associate events/activities, especially those initiated by HR Department.
- Answer telephone calls as per company standards.
- Assist associates with their queries in an efficient manner.
- You will be the overall support for the admin of the Human Resources Department

**Salary**: From ﷼1.00 per month
