**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Job Overview**

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-lasting relationships with clients. Your role will involve actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1.Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities**
- Proactively research and identify potential clients and markets related to EPC Companies.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events.

**2.Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions that add value.

**3.Sales Strategy and Planning**
- Develop effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Plan and execute strategies to enhance market presence and capture new business.

**4.Conduct Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations**
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, both in-person and virtually.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to effectively address client needs and differentiate from competitors.

**5.Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals**
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure all sales agreements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

**6.Market and Competitor Analysis**
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure offerings align with market demands.

**7.Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasted sales.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager on progress toward sales targets.

**8.Collaborate with Internal Teams**
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude and a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
