التعاون مع فريق المبيعات وتقديم الدعم الفني والتقني لهم من أجل فهم متطلبات العملاء وتقديم العروض التقنية والفنية للعملاء من أجل شرح المنتجات والخدمات الخاصة بالشركة، دراسة السوق والمنافسات الحكومية والخاصة وتسعيرها بشكل كامل والتواصل مع الموردين إن تطلب الأمر.

**الأعمال والمسؤوليات**:

- العمل عن كثب مع فريق المبيعات على المقترحات والمناطق الجديدة للأعمال التجارية.
- حضور اجتماعات مديري تطوير الأعمال وفريق المبيعات.
- التعاون مع العملاء لوضع حلول فعالة في حال وجود مشاكل.
- التأكد من أن منتج الشركة يمكنه تلبية متطلبات العميل، والرد على العملاء بعد طلبات المعلومات وطلبات الاقتراح.
- التواصل الدوري مع الموردين في حال تطلب الأمر ذلك.
- استخدام المعرفة والمهارات التقنية من أجل شرح فوائد وإيجابيات المنتجات والخدمات للزبائن المحتملين.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية عن المبيعات والتكاليف في حال تطلب الأمر ذلك.
- تجهيز العروض الفنية والمالية لقسم المبيعات ويدخل في ذلك دراسة كاملة للمشروع ووضع الربحية المناسبة وتحديد التكاليف المباشرة والغير مباشرة.
- مهام أخرى مرتبطة بعمل المنشأة إجمالا ترى الإدارة أهميتها.

**الشهادات العلمية والخبرات المطلوبة**:

- دبلوم في التسويق او تقنية المعلومات أو ما يعادله في تخصص مشابه.
- خبرة سنتين او أكثر في ذات المجال.
- إتقان التعامل مع برامج الحاسب الآلي وبرامج ميكروسوفت (اكسل، وورد).
- اللباقة وحسن الحديث مع العملاء، فلا تنسى أنك تمثل الواجهة الخاصة بالشركة العامل بها.
- القدرة العالية على الحفظ والتذكر لعدم السهو عن ذكر تفاصيل مهمة عن المنتج أو الخدمة للعميل.
- سرعة البديهة ومعرفة أفضل الطرق لإقناع العميل بالمنتج أو الخدمة التي تقدمها الشركة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.

**Salary**: From ﷼5,000.00 per month
