**What will you do**:

- List new products on the website
- Maintain smooth communication with the client and promptly reply to their queries
- Respond to and resolve client’s complaints quickly and efficiently
- Assist the client and the digital team with creating campaign-related assets, such as landing pages
- Keep a consistent look and feel of the website
- Make sure the languages are translated properly
- Understand the need for different products and categories to help list them properly with complete information
- Prioritize tasks to meet client’s expectations
- Keep the client updated on any unexpected issues and propose solutions
- Adopt new trends & strategies to expand the UX of the website visitors
- Suggest new ways of upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Coordinate with different departments in terms of their customer interactions and establish a way to increase the level and effectiveness of their cooperation
- Notify admins and upper management about all the execution plans & required changes
- Monitor direct competitors of the company and find out how they handle customer relationships

**What they expect from you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working as a CRM Manager.
- experience in e-commerce, Retail, or relative field.
- Fluent in English, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve their goals and work together efficiently.
- Develop and implement effective strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
- Identify and solve problems that arise during daily operations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
- Analyse data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement an effective solution
