Specializing in delivering business value-focused software solutions and IT services across various countries, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, India, Singapore, and the United States

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the software products and solutions offered, staying updated on new features and industry trends.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends, providing valuable feedback for product improvement.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, collaborating with marketing teams on promotional activities.
- **Customer Engagement**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software features.
- **Sales Presentations**: Create compelling presentations tailored to address customer pain points and requirements, effectively communicating the value proposition of the software.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, addressing any concerns or objections raised to secure deals.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities, providing accurate forecasts and reports to management.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to customers during the onboarding process, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to remain competitive.
- **Travel**: Depending on the organization and product, travel may be required to meet clients, attend conferences, and participate in industry events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical understanding of software solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of managing diverse tasks.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.

**Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

**Timings**: Sunday to Thursday.
