HR Assistant-for Saudi Arabia

**Geoharbour Saudi Co. Ltd.** is an established ground engineering company with strong presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated HR Officer. This position will be reporting to the Managing Director, based in Riyadh, KSA with the following responsibilities:
- **Must be fluent in English and Arabic.**:
- To support work visa staff requirements, take the ownership of its processing and renewals, and also support the HR department with other admin duties as per the requests.
- To assist in complex staffs’ daily relationship including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absenteeism, retirement and redundancy.
- To Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization.
- To assist in managing the overall recruitment and performance management process.
- To Liaise directly with PRO for government offices and management on various legal issues.
- To assist in the timely request/renewal of all Employment quotas and Labour Permits, and company related licenses.
- Assist to ensure company’s licenses and certification are all up to date and all legal documentations are properly checked and filed in fireproof safe cabinet.
- Assist to ensure all office IT related matters are sufficiently met including staff requirements for Desktops and Laptops etc.
- Assist to ensure office pantries are in good order with some provisions of coffee, tea, etc.
- Assist to ensure that all office filing systems are in order and properly accounted for.
- Assist to ensure the office spaces are being cleaned weekly via the appointed agents.
- Assist to arrange for the registration of the company as vendor to major corporates.
- Assist to ensure the company’s rules and procedures relating to office administration and operations are established and put in place in compliance with ISO requirements.
- Assist in preparing logistics, local and international travel arrangements for management and staff; monitoring, gathering and distributing updates related to travel restrictions.
- Any others as instructed by the management.

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
